It contains two pens and one brush. Both can be used by putting water in the main body. My son, who is 1 year and 9 months old, seems to be quite happy, and he immediately scribbles while saying scratching ♥.
It can be easily used with just water without using paint, so I thought it was an excellent item for painting on a daily basis. I don't think I'll use the light blue plate that comes with it lol. The brush is a little difficult to draw.

It's good, it's what it says. My toddler loved it straight away and it keeps her busy for a while. Worth buying.
The set includes a big mat, 3 water brushes, and various stamps and shapes.
